Full Plate Diet
Strange as it sounds, most of us aren’t. If you’ve been thinking about losing weight, we’re starting a new weight loss program created by the doctors who wrote The Full Plate Diet. It’s an eight-session group program that we think you’ll find quite different and refreshing. Not only will we see how to enjoy a full plate and still lose weight but we’ll learn the 10 weight loss tools to keep the weight off for good.
